Crafted for Stillness
Authentic Finnish steam, brought to your yard fully assembled. Thoughtfully made with high-quality materials and genuine Finlandia heaters — ready to use the day it arrives.
Our Philosophy
For centuries, the sauna has been a place to stop — to sit with heat, with breath, with one's own thoughts.
MoraSauna exists to make that ritual accessible. We build one sauna and we build it well: a single thoughtful model, made from honest materials, delivered ready to use. No flatpack instructions. No half-finished weekends. Just a sauna, placed in your landscape, waiting.
We work directly with Finlandia — the standard for heating that authentic Finnish saunas have used for over sixty years — to ensure every MoraSauna is the real thing.
Why an Outdoor Sauna
A sauna outside your back door changes how you end the day. Twenty minutes, a few times a week — and the rest follows.
Regular sauna use is associated with improved cardiovascular function, muscle recovery, and circulation. The heat does the work; you simply sit.
No screens. No notifications. The sauna is one of the few rooms left where the only thing asked of you is to be still. Stress lowers, sleep deepens.
The Finns have done this for a thousand years for a reason. A sauna is not equipment. It's a habit you build with the people you love.
The Sauna
We offer a single, considered design — refined over time, customizable in the details that matter to you.
Solid construction. Tight joinery. Materials chosen to weather beautifully outdoors for decades. Inside: the proven warmth of a genuine Finlandia heater, generous bench space, and the soft glow of Nordic-spec lighting.
Interior dimensions reflect usable space. Exterior footprint is slightly larger to account for wall thickness and roof overhang — we’ll provide exact dimensions during ordering.
In the Landscape
Wherever you place it, the MoraSauna belongs there. A few of the homes we've come to know.
Craftsmanship & Materials
We work directly with Finlandia — the most trusted name in Finnish sauna heating — on every build.
Our partnership with Finlandia means more than a heater on a spec sheet. It means decades of engineering refinement, a heater that produces the soft, even steam (löyly) Finnish saunas are known for, and authentic accessories crafted to the same standard.
Delivered · Assembled
No flatpack. No two-day build. No specialist trades. The MoraSauna is fully constructed at our workshop, transported on its own bed, and placed where you want it.
Choose wood species, heater, door, and accessories with us by phone or email. We confirm site access and lead time.
Your sauna is built and finished at our workshop. Structure, heater, interior — every piece fitted, tested, and finished before it leaves.
Delivered whole on a single trailer when site access allows, or assembled on your pad from pre-built panels by our crew when it doesn’t. Either way, you don’t lift a tool.
A note on access. Whole delivery is our default and what most sites allow. When a flatbed and forklift can’t reach your prepared pad — narrow gates, tight lots, sloped or restricted access — we build the sauna in pre-constructed panels at the workshop and assemble on-site, typically in a day. No flatpack. No specialist trades. No work for you.
Frequently Asked
Every MoraSauna includes the structure, your chosen Finlandia heater, lighting, benches, and a base accessory set (bucket, ladle, thermometer/hygrometer). Additional accessories — headrests, premium lighting, audio — can be added during configuration.
Whenever site access allows, the sauna arrives fully assembled on a flatbed trailer and is placed by forklift or rollers onto your prepared site. When access prevents whole delivery — narrow gates, tight lots, restricted driveways — we deliver in pre-constructed panels and assemble on-site with our own crew. Either way, you don’t lift a tool. A simple level pad — gravel, concrete, or pavers — is all that’s required. We provide site preparation guidance during ordering, and can also provide site preparation including bluestone or a gravel pad.
We assess access before we build. If a flatbed and forklift can reach your prepared pad, we deliver whole. If not — narrow gates, sloped lots, tight backyards, second-story decks — we deliver in pre-constructed panels and assemble on-site. Panels are built and finished at our workshop just like the whole units; only final assembly happens at your site, done by our crew, typically in a day.
The 6′ × 8′ specification refers to the interior usable space. The exterior footprint is slightly larger to account for wall thickness and roof overhang. We provide exact exterior dimensions during ordering so you can plan your site accordingly.
Electric heaters require a dedicated circuit installed by a licensed electrician at your property. Permitting requirements vary by municipality — we can supply structural specifications for permit applications. Wood-fired models require no electrical hookup.
Typical lead time is 8 to 12 weeks from order confirmation to delivery, depending on options and season. We'll give you a firm window when you place your order.
Most MoraSauna builds are under $25,000, depending on wood species, heater selection, door style, accessories, delivery, and site preparation.
Outdoor saunas require minimal upkeep: a periodic interior cleaning, an exterior treatment every few years, and basic heater maintenance. We provide a complete care guide on delivery, and we're a phone call away for questions.
